Privacy
Practical privacy for a startup pilot.
Flintt is in early access. This page explains the data we collect on the public site, contact form, and private pilot install flow.
What we collect
We collect basic site analytics, product usage events, error reports, and contact form submissions. If you use a private pilot installer, Flintt may receive installation, update, and reliability signals needed to keep the copilot working.
Why we collect it
We use this data to reply to requests, debug broken flows, understand which product areas are useful, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Contact and pilot data
When you submit the contact form, we use your name, email, role, topic, message, and source page to respond and route the request to the Flintt team. Private pilot URLs are public by link, so do not share them outside the intended pilot group.
Analytics and monitoring
We use analytics and error monitoring tools, including session replay where enabled, to see how the site performs and where users hit errors. These tools may process browser, device, page, and interaction data.
Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as it helps operate Flintt, support pilots, or meet basic business obligations. Email hello@flintt.dev if you want us to delete or update information you sent us.
